You can advertise your boat on The Yacht Shop for free - this includes a free text description of up to 100 words. You can also include a photograph of your boat, of up to 50 kbytes in size - in .jpg or .gif format.

You can also enter details of a boat requirement for free. If any boats are entered onto our database during that time that match your requirement, you will automatically be emailed with their details.

2. AMENDING OR DELETING YOUR ENTRY
If you wish to amend or remove your entry early, you may do so by entering your Entry Number and Password on the following link: http://www.yacht-shop.com/amend.html

3. THE BUSINESS ADVERTISEMENTS (DISCLOSURE) ORDER 1977.
This order requires all advertisements by people who seek to sell goods in the course of a business to make that fact clear. Consumers should be able to tell whether an advertisement relates to a sale by a trader or a private owner.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with the order.

4. ACCURACY
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the details displayed. You may not include any material that is defamatory, illegal or inappropriate.

5. COPYRIGHT ON PHOTOGRAPHS
If you are including a photograph of your boat in your advertisement, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the copyright owner, if this is not you.

6. RIGHTS TO DISPLAY
The Yacht Shop shall display advertisements at its sole discretion. It maintains the right to refuse to display any advertisement that in its opinion is unsuitable.

7. LIABILITY
The Yacht Shop takes no responsibility for the accuracy of boat or other details displayed in an advertisement.
