	Designed by Alan Pape, built by Skentelbury Bros in Plymouth, Kiara is a long keel, flush deck double ender. Launched in 1980 she has spent all her time abroard, mostly in the Pacific and Indian Oceans where she has cruised extensively by a husband and wife team. She is exceptionally well found with every conceivable cruising extra and is in faultless mechanical condition. Recent work include new epoxy underwater coatings, complete respray and new engine and gearbox. Now lying in Langkawi but soon to return to New Zealand if not sold beforehand.
